I asked her to come to my table to see the completely black frittata, and she proceeded to tell me that she was in the back, when the cook made it, and she had already seen it. It actually smelled burnt, when the waitress brought it to the table! IT WAS OBVIOUS THAT THE COOK PURPOSELY DID THIS TO BE SPITEFULL! I went up to the cashier and asked to see the manager. my frittata back, because the eggs where runny and I had asked for it well done, I do not expect it to arrive back at the table COMPLETELY BLACK, LIKE THE COLOR OF COAL, on both sides. The Robinson location has a fantastic cook, but we constantly have a problem with how the food is cooked at the Bridgeville location. My husband and I eat at both the Robinson Township, PA First Watch and the Bridgeville, PA First Watch. So my conclusion is it’s a job requirement to be rude to work at First Watch. They said the food was good but AGAIN the staff was RUDE. Paid and left with a bad taste in my mouth in more ways than one.įast forward one week later and I give my daughter and Dad a gift card to go to First Watch. I then told her no, it expires next week. After lunch I go to the register to pay and I have a coupon and I ask the girl if I can use it as I’m unsure what they consider an entree, she rudely states to me as long as it’s not expired. Our waitress was nice but lacked in following up on any more beverages or napkins. Coffee on the table was also weak, I’ve had better at cheaper establishments. I ordered the roast beef and Havarti sandwich which looked awesome but lacked flavor and the horseradish sauce on the side tasted nothing like horseradish more like miracle whip. ![]() I stood there waiting for her to finally acknowledge us and she totally ignored us till I said excuse I can’t pass. If I went to pass with the baby in my arms I would have knocked it over. As I was approaching my table another waitress had a tray full of coffee mugs and proceeds to place it on the table and in the isle. As I entered the restaurant I asked the hostess for a high chair and she rudely stated to. She arrived before I did and was already seated when I arrived.
